Job Summary
Arkaan Leadership & Innovation Hub is seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers (one male and one female) to support the organization’s growth by promoting its products and services, increasing market presence, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote Arkaan’s services and products.
• Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver professional presentations to clients and stakeholders.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
• Provide feedback to management on market conditions and customer preferences.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Banking & Finance, or any other related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing with a reputable organization.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion (convincing) skills.
• Ability to sell products and services effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools is an added advantage.
